After all these YAGTs and everything, how many people have come here talking about thier relationship and actually received helpful information? Does ATOT jinx relationships? The number of single guys and virgins on here makes you wonder.

No.
It's a correlation, not a causation.
People who feel the need to seek relationship help from a bunch of forum geeks are obviously much more likely to screw the relationship up.

I think that if you seek advice on relationships here, you aren't really capable of having one. :)

It's two different classes of people, those that can maintain relationships and those that have to post on an anonymous bulletin board for the advice of equally inept virgins

All the advice I have read and taken from the single guys on here has turned me into a chronic pipe-cleaner.

I'd say most of the time no, as most of the time the relationship doesn't *really* exist.

Really? IMO the opinions that I've read here really seem to have some really skewed sensibilities.

I'd never ask for advice here, I'd equate it to asking for a train wreck to happen in my life.

if you have to talk about a relationship with anyone but your partner or interest, you're setting yourself up for big trouble. I think people who post jinxed their relationships far earlier than when they posted.

All that is required is the ability to sift though the replies and find the few gems. There's a lot of sand to work through but every now and again there are useful posts. It's more effort than it's worth the majority of the time though.

This is why I'd post here. You're a lot more likely to get a serious response.

Your's also are contributing nice to that....I think you mention something along the lines of "How Pathetic" every 5th post or so.
