Does Taco Bell have a deal with Citgo or Exxon/Mobil/BP?

Anyone else notice that outside of Manhattan (where there are almost no gas stations), Taco Bell is almost always situated next to a gas station, sometime several of them? Especially on the restroom side of the Taco Bell.

Is this a new recycling effort?
