Does SVC.com or Newegg ever send out coupons?

I was always wondering this because a bunch of these sites
SVC
NEWEGG
etc
Always have a place to enter promotion code yet ive never seen any

i think i've seen SVC.com coupon codes.....i haven't seen Newegg ones, however.

I haven't seen any NewEgg.com coupons; I don't even know if they ever had any, but I always wonder about them (since they have a coupon code field)
