Does such program exist?

First off, i'd just like to say I can't draw if my life depended on it,

That being said, I want to create an animation video, similar animation to Linkin Park's "breaking the habit" music video, for anyone whose seen it, which is also similar to the animatoin portion of Kill Bill 1. Is it possible to re-create it without drawing? or is there any program that i can animate with, without drawing?

There are plenty of programs, or methods, of creating animation without "drawing." You could use any paint program, manipulate shapes and brushes, and then animate the resulting images. You could use a 3D modelling tool to build and animate wireframes, apply textures, and then render the resulting animation out to a movie or series of images. There are probably some decent free/shareware tools that do much of this. But you'll still need the artistic impulse, and the ability to work visually. I don't think animators do much drawing these days.

Couldn't you do this as a flash movie? Or am I thinking of shockwave? I got those two things confused sometimes.
