I would imagine it would then have to be a 694D chipset.

Basically a Tiger133 with scsi.

anyone know of such a board?

I was searching for similar boards last week (a friend needs a new motherboard). The only ones I found were based on the ServerWorks III HE/LE/WS chipsets. No VIA-based board had onboard SCSI (or onboard anything else except video and sound).

The biggest drawbacks to the ServerSet III chipsets I found were the high price (~$285 for the cheapest board - no AGP support), and AGP was only supported by the ServerSet III 'WS' version (here is their website if you would like to check out the specs on the chipsets : www.serverworks.com ).

I know Asus is coming out with a motherboard based on the ServerSet III LE chipset (the CUR-DLS, check it out here : www.asus.com/Products/Motherboard/pentiumpro/cur-dls/index.html )
