They used to, but I guess it didn't work.

How are people using their cell phones for wireless internet?
 
Dial #777 with the cable connected...make sure all the phone's CDMA Modem drivers are installed first though...
 
they pulled the program until they build their network up more. Its really slow and unreliable right now. the place i bought my usb cable from had the program, but i don't remember where it was anymore. sorry.

Which phone do you have? There are 3rd party software out there that you can use. I am using AirIM right now, let's you connect to AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and ICQ. All at once!
