Does SOYO 5EMA+ support AMD k6-3+ 450 MHZ?

My motherboard only supports up to k6-3 450 MHZ @ 2.4V. However,k6-3+ 450Mhz is 2.0V CPU. Does anyone know SOYO 5EMA+ support AMD k6-3+ 450 MHZ?
