Does someone make a TV tuner/DVD decoder card?

I was in the market for both of these items and was wondering if there was a card that both inputted TV(and mabe even FM) and also was a hardware decoder for my DVD?
 
Look at ATI brand cards. They have the best DVD/ TV support in their "all in wonder" series and are currently making a good contender for Nvidia in the Radeon family of cards.
