I'm one of the few people who still hasnt played it yet but I dont keep tabs on steam very much so I'm curious if it goes on sale regularly and I should wait until a sale or if its one of those games that never goes on sale so there is no point in waiting.

As I type this the 'Special Edition' of Skyrim is on sale at MMOGA.com, it's a similar site to GreenManGaming. It's about $18 US (it shows $22.97 for me but that's in Canadian dollars). The Special Edition is the 64-bit HD version and includes everything ever released for it (it's pretty much upgraded to Fallout 4's iteration of the Gamebryo engine... erm, excuse me I mean the "Creation Engine"). It's the one and only version worth getting now, there's no point playing the original 32-bit version over this one. Even the modding scene ported the most popular and essential mods over to the Special Edition by now.

As for MMOGA, I've bought a couple of games from them and never had an issue (you receive a key and you activate the game on Steam with it, just like with other similar keys-sellers sites).

While the site does look to have great prices I dont think I want to support a seller that sells mmorpg currencies

Bethesda is the new EA, keeps prices stubbornly high and then thinks 40% off a season pass for FO4 £23.99 after reduction) is a good price...

Yup, on a 3 year old game. Its been humorous that for about a year now they put the season pass on sale for $30 at 40% off when the main game has been that or less for at least a year. Regular price is $50, what I paid for the main game over two years ago.

Supply is NOT infinite with digital distribution and I really wish people would stop saying that.

It's limited by the number of valid keys but still exponentially larger supply than traditional DVD sales. That graph doesn't accurately represent supply is the general idea though.

My brother refuses to buy games until they drop to 75%+ off so I typically buy him 2/3 games every birthday/christmas so he doesn't miss out too much. He still won't buy a Season Pass until it drops below £15, even then he moans about it. Gets his "tightness" from my old man who is also frugal to the point of frustration sometimes.
