Does Sirius provide any sort of podcasting of their shows?

Every Friday night on Sirius, Fred Schnieder (of The B-52's) hosts a show (Party Out of Bounds) and I am never around to hear it, but would like to do so.

What are my options, if any, to get a copy of that show weekly.

The selection of Sirius podcasts are pretty crummy right now.

You can record Sirius broadcasts with one of their Stiletto radios, though, if you wanted to try that. I guess that you could also rig up something with the audio out jack and some other recording device.

Wow, Stern and Faction, what a lineup

I called Sirius just now and talked to the most incompetent woman I will ever meet. If you click on the link to their "partner podcasts" it gives you a 404. The CSR told me that it was my ISP even though I got her to try the same procedure and it happened to her as well. She then told me her machine was "ghosted" and she couldn't go to Google (for what I don't know). I was polite and just got off the phone with her. I'm going to the beach this weekend so I'm in a good mood and it wasn't going to make any difference with her.

I have my Sirius receiver connected to my stereo, and I run the line out from my stereo to the line in of my computer, then use Total Recorder software to record directly to my hard drive in MP3 format. 24 hours of programming only takes up about 500 megs of space. With Total Recorder you can also set up a timer to record automatically, but you have to have the receiver set to the correct station ahead of time.

I was thinking about something similar, but I don't have a home receiver, just a car receiver. Would Total Recorder work with their internet stream?
