Does running make you fall asleep sooner or stay awake?

I've been thinking about this and I'm just not sure. I guess it makes you tired, but you feel more awake. I don't know.

Well, I'm going to run tonight, and hopefully that'll be alright, because I have a lot of work to do tonight.

Do it a few hours at least before you go to sleep. Too close to bedtime and it'll keep you up.

I think it energizes me. Especially if I'm in that half-awake state where I can't seem to get any work done, but end up browsing ATOT instead? A few minutes of running and I'll be golden.

Depends. For me, a nice run keeps me energized for the rest of the day. A hard speed session or a particularely long run (16 miles or more) knocks me out
