Does Riva Tuner have some sort of overclocking limit?

So far I've been extremely impressed with the overclocking on an 8800GTS. I moved the sliders up to 650MHZ on the core, but it stays stuck reading 648MHZ on the graph, even when I move the slider up to 654MHZ. Is there some way around this limit, because my temps are under control and I see no signs of artifacting. Maybe there's some other program that doesn't have limits that you could recommend? Thanks.

I think there is a limit with RivaTuner, but it's been a long time since I used it. Try PowerStrip, but BE CAREFUL! There's no fail safes or testing.

Would the overclocking still be under the eVGA warranty?
