Does Rambus RAM have to be installed in pairs?

It is an IBM Pentium 4 system, wondering if I need to add RDRAM modules in pairs or one at a time?

Depends on thechipset, RAMBUS natively doesnt depend upon being installed in pairs but certain chipsets such as the I840 and I850 require them to be installed in pairs.
