I've been looking into different types of RAM lately, i am getting this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=13-121-230&depa=1

which requires 240 pin DDR2 533/400, and i was looking at getting 2 gigs

then i headed over to newegg and was looking thru the packaged sets they have:

it ranges from $480.00 up to $725.00

is there going to be a big gap in between those two?

If you aren't running the very best memory at the fastest timings along with OCing it by at least 25%... You are a nobody! :shocked:
