Yes, and it will get rid of those spiders. They slide right off.

The product for rain works very well. Just make sure to reapply it.

I have the fog product, but haven't tried it out yet.

the rain one works, fog one doesn't. pain in the ass though, have to reapply all the time. just make sure you have good wipers.

I use Rain-X plus the rain-x windshield washer fluid... extends time between reapplying nicely. but yes, it is a pain to buff off. worth it IMO.

the rainx water repellent works well too
you gotta reapply often tho.. and if you dont, the window gets all filmy and crap...

I've used it for years - it's great for highway trips - makes going 80 in a rainstorm incredibly easy - at that point, the biggest threat on the road is every other driver who can't see sh!t.

On the fog subject, has anyone tried something like this?

I read about it a little while ago and was intrigued; however, I never took the initiative to try it out.

the regular stuff works fine, the interior anti-fog stuff was the biggest pain in the ass to get off. Have a ~5 year old bottle and I should just throw it away cause I'll never put it on.

Work awesome...and almost makes wiper not necessary...only at low speeds.

One thing is it will build up a residue that can become hazy. There is a product that is called windshield stripper that you should do every once in awhile before you reapply. It removes all the old Rain-X and makes the surface clean for fresh application.

I went without wipers for two years when the mechanism got messed up in the stang....
