Lol Porsche. Is that what the poor people like driving these days? Nothing less than a Ruf I say.
Porche replaced BMW as the yuppie mobile for balding, middle aged white men having a mid-life crisis.

Above and beyond? They're barely doing what they should have done after the 4th repair. It sounds like the water was causing the other issues, and they were trying to chase a bunch of ghosts that were caused by a short. That sucks, and I can understand why they couldn't find the problem, however replacing the car after 4 repairs is what they're legally required to do anyway... at least in my state. Lemon law varies from state to state, but in my case it would be:
So don't pat Porche on the back for doing something they'd be legally required to do anyway. In fact they should get slapped for proposing anything less than a refund or replacement during arbitration. A premium supplier should give premium service, and from the sounds of it I've gotten better service with Chrysler of all places. Shame on them, and shame on anybody who defends such actions.
Whatever, because you hear of stories like this every day. With manufacturers like Chrysler, you expect crappy build quality so all of the people fighting with them to get their car fixed never make the news.
A Volkswagen with electrical problems that never gets fixed despite repeated trips to the mechanic....

Exactly, so why shouldn't we get better service from Porsche?
They offered to buy his car back minus the years he used it, which to me sounds reasonable.
Don't buy a super expensive car, unless you can afford your own mechanic.

If you did that with Chrysler or GM, they would have said "If you don't like it, sell it."
