Does Prime95 get your memory brand right?

I was testing my system's stability yesterday in prime95 and it said that I had Samsung PC2700, when I ordered Micron PC3200. Can some of you check what it says about your RAM and post what it says you have and what you actually have? If it is right, then I got ripped off by the store I bought it from. If you don't have prime95, there is a link to it in the useful apps thread in this forum.

Also does anyone know of any other applications that will properly tell you what brand of memory is in your machine? I can't get the spreaders off to see it.

Samsung chips are very widely used... in fact, AnandTech just did an article about OCZ's PC3700 Gold that uses the same chips as Crucial PC2700... but OCZ does some special stuff to them to get them "PC3700 ready"

Ya, I believe that Prime finds the chip being used, not the brand...
