Does pre-mixed White Russian go bad?

As the topic says. I have an at least 8 month old bottle of the ready to drink White Russian, opened, just sitting in my fridge. Will it go bad?

Well, I thought it contained milk/cream - and if that's true I don't know how long that would be safe to refrigerate for...
