Does posting on ATOT while at work = cheating?

how does cheating = surfing the web.

unless you are not getting your job done and surfing the web and then taking money for doing the job you didnt do...i guess, but then u wont last very long anyway
 
To me it's not cheating if its done on your lunch hour or you have finished all of your work and none of your coworkers requires your assistance. Otherwise you are wasting company's resource.
