It might use certain php code that only runs on Apache. You are just looking for a CMS to run on IIS?


Edit: I read that as why did it. It says it is one of the things you need on their site.

Correct. Although, I would recommend against PHP Nuke however. It's really not as good as everyone makes it out to be. Too bad I cant offer you any alternatives other than write your own, but that's a pain in the neck.
