Does Photoshop/Illustrator have tabs?

Is there an easy way to switch between docs in PS or other CS3 programs? (other than ctrlf6 and view drop list)
 
I often use many, many layers in Illustrator. There is nothing like "tabs" in any adobe product that i know of.

Edit: Im only using v11.
