yes it does. I took a 64 meg SO-DIMM out of my gf's Dell and put it in a G3 Powerbook. No problem. As long as its the same type it'll work fine. Since the G3's came out mac's have been using the same memory chips are PC's AFAIK.

No, probably not. Macs are picky about memory. It uses the same stuff though. Generally. :p
