does paypal still charge you $10 for a dispute?

I've read a few dispute problems and some said they had a $10 fee.

I think I gotta do a dispute for $14:roll:

Is there a certain $ limit for the fee?

had about 10 disputes within past 2 months (ive been ebaying a lot recently): charged for none of them.
I remember having the fee about 2 years ago...

edit: these were mainly, if not all, "Unauthorised account usage" claims, dunno if that makes a difference

recipient... Usually a load of BS though, i always send threatening emails back and got 2 people to cancel the claim ;p
