Does PayPal send out 1099's?

If you are enrolled in the Paypal money market option, yes they do send them out. Otherwise, no.

No MM account. This just happened and the party agreed to absorb the 3% fee which was nearly $2,000 so I don't care. They are supporting the enemy not I.
