Does PayPal Let You Send Amounts under $1 USD?

I'm interested in seeing if PayPal will let you send money under $1.

If no one knows the answer, you can test it out by sending me a small amount (like 30 cents or something, nothing over 50 cents) to me. My PayPal ID is sleepysentry@gmail.com.

And before some idiot says it, I am not spamming for money. I just merely want to see if it is possible to send very small amounts of money via PayPal and if so, how much of it PayPal takes in fees.

I've had someone send me .01$ before to test out something. They take out the .01$ in the fee lol, so the transaction gives you nothing.

What about amounts larger than 1 cent? How about 2 cents?

Well, it looks like PayPal only charges fees on business accounts, which is 1.9%- 2.9% + $ .30!

Unless you upgrade to the premier account (or wahtever) there are no fees.

why the hell do you need to paypal less than a dollar? sounds like a waste of tiem to me
