Paypal Personal: No fees, MAX of $500 a month of received money.
Paypal Premier: 3% fees, no $500 limit, can only charge a max of $5 fee if payment received is eCheck, so this method is good for higher-priced items.

Yes, you need a premier account to recieve credit cards... and then no matter what people pay you with (even if they already have money in their paypal account) you still end up paying the fees.

So remember, whenever you pay for something on ebay, USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Don't let them take the money out of your checking account, because that's free. Make them pay the CC fee so always use your credit card.
