Maybe because she really doesn't it, the manufacturers are the ones footing the bill. Then mean while back at the farm the people with the "free" products get to pay the taxes.

The things that 'make a person' nauseous' can be very psychologically revealling. Needless to say, Oprah giving stuff away and people getting happy about it isn't even on my list of petty annoyances.
