OJ from Al?

Not in my experience, no. A carton is far more neutral and less reactive to the acid in citrus than aluminum. The health dangers are possible but not rigorously proven, and the leeching of aluminum occurs more easily from (heated) cooking than storing, but given the choice, why choose the possibly more dangerous one?

And then there is taste. Not quite the same, but I know beer tastes far better in bottles than from cans.

List of Acidic Foods That React with Magnesium or Aluminum.

Certain acidic foods interact with these metals in the pan, resulting in the magnesium or aluminum dissolving into your food during the cooking process. It is uncertain whether this reaction between acidic food and magnesium or aluminum is beneficial or dangerous to health. According to the organization Alzheimer Scotland, aluminum from cooking pans has been implicated as a possible contributory factor to high aluminum levels in patients who develop Alzheimer's. The U.S. Alzheimer's Association indicates that this is an unproven theory, denying a link between cooking in aluminum pans and the development of Alzheimer's.
Healthy Cookware

Aluminum

Plain aluminum cookware is low-cost, light-weight, and thermally responsive – but aluminum is reactive. Foods cooked in aluminum can react with the metal to form aluminum salts associated with impaired visual motor coordination and Alzheimer’s disease; however there is no definite link proven. More than half of all cookware sold today is made of aluminum.

Minimize food storage time in aluminum – The longer food is cooked or stored in aluminum, the greater the amount that gets into food.

So per Al leeching, first there's the coating that goes inside the can which prevents leeching. Second, would leech ~ same rate as Coke cans.

Don't drink it from a can or carton. Drink it from a jug.

Anyways. The only OJ that you should be drinking is of the "grove stand" variety. If you are going to drink anything else you might as well just drink Sunny D.
