Don't take this personally, but typically dogs have bad behavior because they are not trained correctly.
You probably have not been reinforcing good behavior, and the dog has learned it can walk all over you.

I'm tenderhearted, but I did help train two Weimaraners before her. They act fine to this day. Maybe it was me, but I did read books, online research and all that jazz. She's sweet as can be at tmes, and other times she go nuts.

Looks like you just got a particularly unruly puppy. You should get a professional trainer to asses the situation. Check out a class.

I have trained 2 cats to use a toilet.
I have trained them to jump onto and through objects on command.
They are much much much harder to train than dogs.
And, I have also trained my dog to do many things including jumping through a hoop.

I would buy a clicker and a book on Clicker training such as:
Getting Strated Clicker Training for Dogs it comes with a clicker.
FOCKER! i'm not gonna tell you again Jynx cannot flush the toilet he's a cat for christ sakes!!
