Hi,

I am planning to build a new AMD system with Gigabyte ga-880gma-ud2h motherboard. However, I am worrying will Nvidia CUDA works on AMD chipset? Because I am planning to get a powerful Nvidia graphic card (with CUDA/Physx) for performing 3D rendering (iray renderer) and Adobe product (After Effects CS5).

Works with no problems.

You can't do SLI, but it's no problem to do CUDA or PhysX with a single card.

I run the ASUS M4A77D, a chipset 770 motherboard with a 560 Ti. PhysX and CUDA works no problems.

yes it will work, but you better turn off that onboard IGP because there are "DRM" in nvdia driver, so when the driver detect non-nvdia graphic card in your computer it will automatically disable physix
