Does NF7-s have Firewire and SoundStorm?

I can't seem to find/verify an NF7-S2 at Newegg with Firewire and NVIDIA SoundStorm with real-time Dolby Digital 5.1 encoder.

Are they just OOS or doesn't such a monster exist?

No soundstorm, it uses a difference MCP chip.
I don't beleive it has firewire either.

Stick with the NF7-S R2. It's a better board unless you have some Raptors you want to use. The NV RAID is pretty neat. It's too bad that NV dropped SoundStorm, the NF7-S R2 with MCP-integrated SATA and Gb LAN would kick many, many asses.

ParatoOptimal, your thread title and post are asking about 2 different boards. However the NF7-S has official SoundStorm certification from NVIDIA, and it also has a Firewire & USB 2.0 hangar. I would stick with the proven winner.
