Does my server need a better video card?

I have a headless file server at home running Windows Server 2003. It currently has a Matrox PCI video card from 1996 or so. I do like to remote desktop into it from time to time, but I never hook up a monitor to it and work locally. Is there any reason I should consider a more modern card?

Unless you want to do some sort of distributed computing on it, I would say that if it isn't broke - don't fix it.

Nope.
