Does my printer not have enough memory? Problems printing large Excel files...

Whenever I try to print legal sized Excel documents (on legal sized paper) I get errors saying "Print Job - Error" in Print Properties. This happens on all network computers and the host computer. The print works fine on our fax machine (HP LaserJet 3330mfp with 32MB memory) but wont print on the printer that Im having the problem with (HP DeskJet 845c with 2MB? memory). I am confused about what to do since I have been Googling around and cant find anything out about this issue. All other programs print to it fine, home computer or network computer F.Y.I. We want it to print on the DeskJet because the LaserJet dosent have color.

Any help would be appreciated ASAP! 🙂

Ink jets aren't dependent on the amount of memory that they have, since they only have to print one pass at a time.

Only lasers have to get the whole image in memory before they can print.

Well that may be useful but how do I fix this problem?
