Question Does my build have any issues?

-Looks fine.

I'm sure someone will come along and recommend a whole bunch of alternate parts, but everything you have there will work with everything else.

Just a couple of things....

Pcpartpicker.com gives you insight to the parts and how they come together and checks for any issues.

Moving to am5 is not a far leap money wise and could have better longevity.

I see an 8 or 9% bottleneck. I dont mind spending more since when I make it I will have the money or at least most of it. But, the only answers i can see is dont trust calculators and yada yada. not the actual effects. Also the motherboard says it need to be bios updated and if i buy it used would I still need to?

-If primarily gaming, get a 5800x3d and that will rid you of just about any gaming bottlenecks on the AM4 platform.

If you buy the motherboard used... Maybe? No saying if the previous owner updated the bios or not.

-Frametimes and 1% lows will be a bit worse with a 5600x, so games might be hitting similar avg frame rate but feel ever so slightly "herky jerky".

I have a 5600x in my second PC and gaming feels fine on it honestly.

For an all new build, I think you can do better. AM4 is a dead end platform and although I think future upgradeability is overrated, I think here you're overpaying and not getting the latest benefits. (If you're actually buying used AM4 or finding some sweet deals, then that's a different story.)

If you're close to Micro Center, get their Ryzen 7 7800X3D bundle.
RX 6800 XT is a really good card, but for $500 I would instead get an RX 7800 XT.
The Hyper 212 is okay, but not really one of the better options.
Finally that PSU isn't great. I recently picked up a be quiet! Pure Power 12 off of Newegg; unfortunately that sale ends in 3 hours so it may be more expensive tomorrow.

I agree on the MC bundle - but it could be OOS depending on your local MC, because that 7800x3D bundle was pretty great.

I would be also agree on building on the AM5 platform. You could find a B650 board for around the same price, and you can always go with a 7700 or 7700X to save a little on the processor front. AM5 would likely give you some room to upgrade in the future, if AMD's past practice of maintaining socket compatibility for a long time holds up for AM5.

HSF: Get a Peerless Assassin 120 over the Cooler Master - it should be a little cheaper and it's better rated.

For PSU, I'd look for something in the Corsair RM series (or the BeQuiet one mentioned above if you can get it on sale). The RM series are always pretty solid supplies.

Case is definitely a personal preference, but consider a Corsair 4000D. Great case that can be purchased for $85-100, depending on current sales. Note that you would potentially want to grab a few extra 120 mm case fans though, since it only comes with 2.

Anyway, throw it all onto PCPartPicker to get a better view of pricing and options.

Peerless Assassin 120

Using one of those on my 7900x and it tames the beast pretty well.

If op wants good airflow FD Torrent does a good job with a pair of 180s on the front. I picked up one on Amazon. Since I paid for a new one and they sent me a return they credited back the purchase price.
