Does Mwave really offer 1 yr warranties...w/o cooling fans?

In order to get a 1 yr warranty there, do I need to buy a cooling fan?? It doesn't seem like it...buuuut...hardly anyone lets u buy a cpu w/1 yr warranty, w/o a fan

And...to your experience(s), is Mwave tolerant of OCing? like are they one of the companies that'll take back a cpu covered in gobs of arctic silver and conductive pen? (that's waaayyy over-exageration, but still)

or, do i need to clean up da cpu hehe 'course, ill do everything possible to prevent blowing the cpu...but just in case...i wanna know im safe hehe

also- Mwave is a reliable reseller, yes?

Well MWave is reliable. Many people order from them, and my 1 order from them went flawless.

However if you do OC the CPU and fry it, you really shouldn't RMA it. Hardware deaths to OCing should be sucked up and dealt with, but this is IMVHO.

Well, Mwave is an authorized seller of both Intel and Amd procs.

(Mwave) sells retail Intel procs and retail/oem Amd procs. B/c they are recognized as an authorized seller (don't ask) of Amd procs there is a 1-year warranty on them.

Other retailers might offer only 15-30 day warranties on oem processors.

Being overseas. Mwave is just about our only source of hardware. So far, they have been very reliable and delivers fast. Never had a bad experience with them not even 1 RMA for the last three years.

Mike, i suppose that if I do blow the proc...i can just get a duron and tie myself over...hehe
