Does MSI nforce come with a IO plate/shield/backing plate

I have a Enlight 7237 case and the IO backing plate does not have a hole/space for a onboard NIC.

I am getting a MSI nforce MB and wanted to know if the MB package comes with a IO plate/shield/backing plate/back panel...
