Does MSI 6600LE clashing with Corsair Value Select Ram?

My father is going to build a system around an Asus A8N-E board and is thinking of using a MSI Geforce 6600LE. At first, he wanted to use Corsair Value Select 2 x 512M RAM, but a friend of his says the Corsair RAM doesn't go well with the MSI card.

I was wondering if anyone has similar experiences (i.e. is it a random occurance).
