Does Monarch Computers have online receipts?

Looking for an order I placed previously with them. If they do I can't find it.

Call them, they are at least helpful on the phone

I can't believe they don't have an online records page! I can't print out a receipt I can send to manufacturers for repairs!

Monarch will send you an invoice to your email; however, that invoice doesn't have everything you need. For example it does not have the order date on the email invoice which I found rather annoying for rebates.
It is best to print out that invoice email and perhaps their online website info which has the tracking information and order date.

They do need to get their website up to snuff so all info is readily available.

In the meanwhile, I'll have to wait until Tues before I can do anything anyways.
