Does mixing Cas2 and Cas3 PC133 SDRAM matter?

I have 1x 128 Mb PC133(Cas2) and 2x 64Mb PC133(Cas3)
Will it ran at the same speed ?
Or will I have to remove Cas3 ram to gain performance?

If you have CAS3 and CAS2 i the same machine, the only atency you will be able to get is the slowest, which is 3.

PCs always run at the slowest common denomonator. For example; if you combine PC100 and PC133, the machine will run at PC100.

Depends on the MoBo...
Some VIA Chipsets are able to set different timings for each bank (Perhaps only the old SSocket7 Chipsets?). Dunno if the new Athlon-chipsets also can do...
In that case place the faster ram in the lowest banks, 'cos they are accessed most.

not really unless your fsb gets too high. if you not overclocking the fsb too high, you might be able to run then both at cas 2-2-2 also.

The only difference I find is that when overclocking the slower memory will be the limit of your overclock.

I could run my Crucial CAS 3 at CAS 2 OK, may work on your system depending on the quality, if it doesn't, just change it back

You'll be running at whatever speed you set the FSB for. Whether or not it will be stable is another question.

I had three sticks of generic PC100 that all ran great at 112 MHz CS2, & a 128 MB PC133 that wouldn't do 133 CAS2. Now I have Mosel Vitalic Rev.2, & it runs great at 138 CAS2.
