If you have an upset stomach, such as throwing up then yes, dairy products (milk) are more difficult on the stomach.

EDIT: You're also not supposed to consume dairy products if you've got an upset stomach already, since it may just aggravate your condition.

It's generally known to help settle a mildly upset stomach (heartburn) unless you're lactose intolerant.

I've read that milk fat, milk sugar and too much calcium (caused by adding vitamin D) can all cause cataracts as well.

Wouldn't bother me a bit. I love milk.

Sounds like someone is up for the milk challenge, try it sometime and let us know how it went.

-It was far from being PETA BS. I know someone that was overcalcified. Very painful, and paralyzing. Vitamin D can cause your body to over absorb calcium. I know someone else that severe stomache problems that went way from quitting on milk. I myself notice a lot less flemn in my throat now and feel healthier without it. I'm a fellow PETA hater too.

i try not to drink it unless I'm going to bed... that way by the time it starts to hurt, I would already be asleep.
