Yeah, only one way to find out how much lactose you can tolerate.

I was just about to start a thread regarding milk so I may aswell just hijack this one 🙂

Can someone tell me what are the benefits of soy milk over regular milk? I have recently started working at a cafe and notice that a lot of the healthiest looking customers specify soy milk for their coffee. Is it just because they are lactose intolerant, or does soy milk have other health benefits? Is it worth switching to soy?

If you are vegan or lactose intolerant, soy is the way to go.
