No, it's 32bit only for the time being.

But isn't 32bit enough to test 4GB of ram? the reason 32bit OS cant reach those numbers is that ram address get allocated to video ram and other hardware...

It's complex, but no, some of that space is still allocated at the BIOS level.

If the purpose is just to test the sticks for bad bits then you could just test a couple or single stick at a time.

If you want to test more than 4GB all at once then I guess you could get Prime95 64bit and do a custom test.
