I've got a
Duron 700@909 (9x101) with 1.75v core
128MB@134mhz(101+33) Mushkin High Perf Rev 1.5 at cas 2
DRAM Timing auto detected at 8/10ns
Cycle length at 2
P2C/C2P enabled
Fast R-W disabled

Sandra scores it at
ALU/RAM 388
FPU/RAM 437

Does this score look about average for 128MB of PC133 running at this frequency? I see so many posters getting sandra memory marks in 500/600 for 256MB of PC133 that I am wondering.

Thanks in Advance!

That doesn't seem right for your memory at 134mhz
on my brothers computer with mushkin pc133rev3 @ 118mhz he gets about the same scores as you

This is what I get with 256MB of generic ram running @ 149 Cas 2/4-way interleave

Would the interleave setting available in the OC'er BIOS give me a substantial improvement or should I be looking for a memory bottleneck somewhere in the BIOS?

Geez those are some nice scores, My KT7 mushkin Rev 2 gets around 500/640 at 150 FSB

These are all fantastic scores, however I have two questions.

1) Since I have only a single stick of 128MB wouldn't my Sandra scores be lower than for a 256MB's of RAM?

2) Could you guys tell me what you have set in BOIS for the following parameters

ADVANCED CHIPSET FEATURES
Bank 0/1 DRAM Timing ?????
Bank 2/3 DRAM Timing ?????
Bank 4/5 DRAM Timing ?????
P2C/C2P Concurrency ?????
Fast R-W Turn Around ?????

FREQUENCY/VOLTAGE CONTROL
Auto Detect DIMM/PCI Clk ?????

and any other memory speed enhancing parameters you can think of.

Again, many thanks for the replies!

Memory timings = Normal or Turbo, other settings will be slower.
P2C/C2P Concurrency = enable/on
Fast R-W Turn Around = enalbe/on

Ok, now I've got the Overclocker's BIOS but the benchmark still seems low.
This is how I'm set up.
Duron 700@950 (9.5x100) with 1.8v core
With one stick of 128MB@133mhz(100+33) Mushkin High Perf Rev 1.5 at cas 2
BOIS Settings
Bank 0/1 DRAM Timing Turbo
Bank 2/3 DRAM Timing Turbo (no DIMM installed)
Bank 4/5 DRAM Timing Turbo (no DIMM installed)
Cycle Length 2
P2C/C2P Concurrency Enabled
Fast R-W Turn Around Enabled

FREQUENCY/VOLTAGE CONTROL
Auto Detect DIMM/PCI Clk Enabled

Sandra scores it at
ALU/RAM 395
FPU/RAM 481

Is this good at a FSB of 100????
Also is the 4-way interleave function of the BIOS set automatically behind the scenes or do I select it somewhere in BIOS?

I found the problem. I flashed the BIOS wrong. The BIOS that ships with the board does not give you the option to have memory timings and cas latency controlled by SPD. I flashd the BIOS correctly and the option appeared. SPD controlling the memory settings automatically boosted sandra into the 450/550 range.

Thanks for the help everyone.
