Does Mediatek chip-sets include components other then CPU and GPU

I know that qualcomm has their izat gen 8 GPS ,wifi module,DSP and other components attached with their SoC ,but with mediatek chipsets do they contain the same ? if yes then what is the name of the components of GPS and Wifi modules with their tech specs.i cannot find any specifications like qualcomm chipsets with these mediatek chipsets.
