Does Maxtor offer advanced RMA?

I have a 40GB Maxtor Firewire drive. Its dying on me, every couple of minutes it'll stop spinning, power down, and then power back up. Which causes the transfers to fail and has corrupted some of my files. I really need this drive back quickly, does anybody kno if they offer advanced RMA?
 
yes.. i just did one last night.. cc required 2 day expressed. Anyway this will prob be my last maxtor.. all of their drive i own dies after 1.5 year..
