does manufacturing part # matter for CPU installation?

i looked on the website and it says that the Phenom II X4 925 (HDX925WFK4DGI) is compatibble with my mobo.

however when i went to a store website to buy this CPU, the store lists the CPU AMD Phenom II X4 925 with Manufacturer Part Number HDX925FBK4DGM. this part # if different from the one listed on my mobo maker's website.

can i buy the CPU with part # HDX925FBK4DGM anyways and install it into my mobo or must it be the CPU with the part # HDX925WFK4DGI)?

I think the DGM part means the stepping is C3 instead of C2. Both should work in your system.
