does lack of sleep deteriorate muscle growth?

i am no expert on this, but my understaing is since you would be starving the whole time, your muscles would be consumed to keep you active... you cant get a good workout without sleep anyway, time to hit the sack already :)

Yep, consistent lack of sleep pretty much screws you over. If you are young enough you can get by for short stretches and recover, but if you try it for long enough, you are sure to get sick.

haha, if so, then I'll be a 110 pound weakling pretty soon. :)

I've been up for over 72 hours straight now. Been through nearly a case of red bull in 3 days, at least a box of vivarin, and numerous mountain dews. Studying for finals and preparing a end of year photography documentary project takes time. :)


Thank god that tommorow after presenting my project I can finally sleep....<drool>.
