Does Kontiki (Gamespot download manager) have spyware?

I used it to download UT2003. I scanned my PC w/ Adware, but nothing showed up. Anyone know?

if you wanta good download accelerator that dosent have spyware get Star Downloader. it dosent have any spyware or adds. its FREE and you can manually set the number of times it connects to teh server. I have mine set to 20. and on my cable connection i get over 400k/sec off it
