Does Kiplisch have a website and if so what is it ?

i am looking at getting a home theater sub by Kiplisch

it is a 12 inch reference sub 300Watts and a range 21hz to 120 hz...just trying to get an idea if the price is good and how good the product is.

there is a huge sale going on and i can get the sub for around $474.00
