do they make transparencies from Word documents?

if so, anyone know how much it is per page? (just need 1)

i'm inside the library now, so i can't call them.

do you know if they need the file on disk? or can you just bring the hard copy (paper)?
 
I've done that before. But they make it quite a hassle and an expense.
1) You must pay to use their computers - you pay more the more time you are on it.
2) You must pay to print it on normal paper.
3) You must pay for them to copy that print to a transparency.

Edit: now I see your second post. It'll be a lot cheaper just to bring in the printed version and skip step #1 and #2.

it's for a class, and i only need to make 1 tranparency. i'm not sure i want to buy a pack of transparecnies when i only need one.

I cant remember the price now, but when i made a single color transparancy i remember thinking that it probably would have been cheaper to buy my own pack of it...

don't know, it's been a while, maybe i'm confused about the whole thing...
